To achieve the highest quality for our work, BSMS has a policy to have our work inspected to ensure it complies with the Australian Standards, industry standards and is completed in a tradesman-like manner.
A Project Manager is assigned to all installations to provide not only a point of contact for our customers, but also a consistent level of supervision and quality to all jobs.
The project manager’s job is to visit all sites daily, and to provide random checks on jobs below this value. It is our intention that all technicians work is checked at least weekly.
At this time quality audits are carried out and feedback to the technician is given at this time. Performance reviews of all staff are carried out monthly.
